Tim’s experienced construction team handles all the work — from kitchen updates and bathroom remodels to painting, flooring, landscaping, and staging. You don’t write a check, hire a contractor, or manage a single thing. Tim oversees every detail because he knows exactly what will help your home sell for top dollar.
Step 3: Sell for More, Net More
